Kurt Rogers

President

Kurt Rogers brings extensive experience working successful advances in Intelligence Community and Department of Defense technologies and technology programs. Mr. Rogers is a visionary leader that specializes in understanding mission objectives and translating that vision into tangible program objectives in advanced systems and technology research, functionality testing, validation and verification, target intelligence, applied photogrammetry and imagery collection. Mr. Rogers is a technical specialist in testing of imagery intelligence, target intelligence, geospatial information and services (GI&S) systems, requirements analysis, process improvement and various Government programs for advancing technologies. As the President and owner of Mission Intelligence Group, Mr. Rogers returns more of his focus to mission and his attention to delivery of meaningful, advanced research to further National objectives across the GEOINT Enterprise.

Jacqueline Carr

Managing Partner

Jacqueline Carr is a Managing Partner with Mission Intelligence Group working geospatial research and development challenges with a focus on evolving GEOINT with rigorous processes, reliable geospatial accuracy and seamless interoperability for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. She is an experienced technical team lead and project manager adaptive to new environments and project challenges with significant success leading projects to evolve GEOINT standards, technology, processes, and products. Ms. Carr is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) currently serving on the Potomac Region Board of Directors and as the ASPRS Standards Committee liaison to the Geospatial Intelligence Standards Working Group (GWG).
